The Factors that Affect the Measurement Accuracy of Electronic Truck Scale

With the acceleration of the modernization process, the number of commodities is increasing, and many commodities need to be transported and measured every year. 1.Straight approach

In dynamic electronic weighing scales, such as electronic belt scale and dynamic electronic track scale, the technology of straight approach has become mature, and these products have become indispensable measuring equipment in some industries. Due to continuous improvement, they have provided a lot of practical experience and theoretical basis for the design, manufacture, installation and use of electronic truck scale. In the process of dynamic measurement, ensuring the weighing accuracy is a necessary condition to ensure that the measured object can pass the weighing platform smoothly. In the electronic belt scale, in order to make the object pass through the metering roller smoothly, it can usually be solved by leveling the first and last groups of rollers. 

2.Platform

The platform is the main component of the dynamic electronic truck scale. Whether the mechanical strength and stiffness of its structure meet the requirements and whether the limit is reasonable play a vital role in measuring accuracy. Although the dynamic electronic truck scale weighing platform is much shorter than the static electronic truck scale weighing platform, the mechanical strength and stiffness of its structure should be higher than the static electronic truck scale weighing platform to ensure that the deformation of the loaded vehicle is smaller, the response speed is faster, and the gravity signal can be accurately and timely transmitted to the force measuring sensor. Therefore, when the maximum load is reached, the deformation shall not exceed 0.5mm, and its structure has high common frequency and good dynamic characteristics.

3.Measurement speed

In order to achieve rapid measurement to meet the important goal we pursued when developing dynamic truck scale, the weight of the measured object must be transmitted in the measurement system through weighing platform, weighing sensor, display screen, sampling, amplification, A/D conversion, data transmission and other links, and the final result will be reflected in the measurement system. Each link of the information transmission process requires a certain amount of time. The measured object moves too fast and the weighing accuracy is low, thus improving the response speed of the metering system. As the weighing platform of the dynamic truck scale with a total length of about 2m, limiting the vehicle speed to be measured through the weighing platform during the weighing process can also improve the accuracy of the scale.
